Our account management team is your primary point of contact with Telisimo.
Your account manager, based in San Diego, California, works directly with you to proactively set objectives, not just for call center performance but for business performance as well. Metrics like handle time, queue time and first-call resolution are critical. Equally important are business metrics such as solutions per hour, revenue per call, customer satisfaction and marketing effectiveness.
Your account manager interacts daily with other members of our corporate and operations team. Together they compose your account team.
It is critical that your account team is easily accessible to you. Being in a U.S. time zone, your Telisimo team is available on your schedule. And, unlike account teams in foreign countries, if you need to meet with Telisimo in person, we are, at most, just a short flight away.
Our corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA accommodates our sales, marketing, account management, finance and administration staff. Members of the operations team are located 15 miles south of San Diego in our call center operations in Tijuana, Mexico.
On a regular basis, your account team interacts with the tele-service agents who, in turn, interact with your clients. Your account team is continually monitoring quality and ensuring that Telismo meets– and exceeds – your business goals.
