An Established History of Providing Innovative Solutions – Founded in San Diego, California in 1990, our premier call center services include customer care and technical help desk support.

In October 2005, we purchased a call center in our sister city of Tijuana, Mexico. This expansion ensures Telisimo’s ability to provide a globally competitive, cost-effective service without jeopardizing our historical commitment to U.S. led quality.

Our new Tijuana call center offers state-of-the-art technology designed to U.S. specifications and standards. We are also scheduled to open an additional call center facility in 2009 adjacent to numerous international companies and near the Maquiladora area of eastern Tijuana in order to offer our clients even further benefits.

Our history is rich with examples of how we have helped enterprises improve their call center service ratings from “unacceptable” to “superb". Our goal is to provide the U.S. quality customer care and help desk services that you would proudly claim to be your own.
