Linda Hobbs
President and CEO

Linda is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and leadership of its executive management. Under her leadership and vision, Telisimo has deployed some of the most innovative management and business practices in the call-center industry. Linda believes in the potential of each individual employee, and Telisimo invests in its people through continuous business education and training. The result is a culture of proud shared responsibility that ensures service of unsurpassed quality for its customers.
Linda is a sought after speaker. Several of her keynote presentations are available through SRC Corporation’s “The Great Game of Business”. She has received the San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award and been recognized as the Asian Business Association’s Business Leader of the Year. She and Telisimo have also been featured in numerous publications such as Wireless Week, San Diego Magazine, and The Business Journal.
Linda has a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of San Diego and was an international business lawyer for almost 20 years before joining Telisimo in 1995. She represented clients from countries such as Austria, Taiwan, Lichstenstein, and Japan. Linda’s international experience and creative management style has enabled Telisimo to diversify its offerings and become a globally recognized service provider.
Tripp Kerr
Chief Operating Officer
Tripp is responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the company with the goal of improving operations. He ensures that business operations are efficient and effective. He reviews service delivery and facilitates effective planning, scheduling, control and use of company resources to support corporate and customer objectives. He also cascades the company’s mission, vision, values and strategy to reinforce unity of the organization’s performance.
Prior to assuming the role of COO, Tripp held several other positions in the company including those in Sales, Marketing, Research and Corporate Strategy.
Earlier in his career, he held management positions with Akamai Technolgoies, supporting product development and strategic marketing activities of this rapidly growing Internet venture. He also worked as a strategic consultant to Fortune 500 technology companies including HP, Nortel Networks, Symantec and Gateway.
Mark Wooster
Chief Financial Officer
Mark oversees all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, regulatory matters and auditing. He and his staff administer Human Resource programs including all company benefits and have responsibility for Facilities.
As a member of the executive team, Mark advises the CEO, COO and other management on financial strategy, planning and forecasts. He is responsible for company investments as well as fundraising activities.
Mark also studies, analyzes and reports on business trends, opportunities for expansion and projections of the company’s future growth.
Before joining Telisimo, Mark served as CFO for Health Examinetics, Inc and ImageWare Software, Inc. He was vice president and controller of Medical Warehouse Club, Inc and was a practicing CPA in Los Angeles and San Diego.
Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants with an undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles.
Armando Martinez
Director of Operations
Telisimo de Mexico, Tijuana, Mexico
Armando is the primary executive responsible for our Tijuana operations center (Telisimo de Mexico). He ensures the implementation of our clients’ business objectives through our call center staff. Our operations team reports directly to him, including the managers of customer care, technical support and messaging. He also oversees the administrative, human resources, and technology support groups for the call center.
Prior to joining Telisimo, Armando was the General Manager of The Human Contact Center in Tijuana which specialized in providing call center services to companies in Mexico. He also has extensive management and sales experience from former postions with Operadora Protel, SIDI-TEL/Lucent Technologies and Symphony Telecom in Mexico City.
Armando has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Universidad del Valle De Mexico and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
